Your Child Deserves More Than Care. They Deserve a Place to Grow.

When your child has complex medical needs, every decision matters. You are not just looking for clinical support — you are looking for trust, safety, and peace of mind. A place where your child is known, not just managed. Where the people caring for them show up every day with both expertise and genuine heart.

That is what we built. A home, not an institution. A team trained in high-acuity pediatric care. A space where your child is seen beyond their diagnosis.

This is where clinical excellence meets compassion.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Is Our Home the Right Fit for Your Child

Our pediatric group home serves children and young adults from ages 3 to 21 whose medical needs require more than a traditional home or outpatient setting can provide. A child may be eligible if they:
  • Have conditions involving multiple organ systems
  • Require the use of technology to sustain life
  • Use a wheelchair, braces, lifts, or other specialized equipment
  • Use more medical services than the average child, such as private duty nursing, medical day care, or rehabilitative therapy
  • Currently receive care in a Medical Foster Home

Not sure if your child qualifies? Our intake team is happy to talk through their specific situation – call us at (321) 888-2366 or submit a referral.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

What Sets Our Home Apart.

Fewer Hospital Days. More Days at Home.

Our model is designed to reduce hospital length of stay, prevent unnecessary readmissions, and eliminate placement delays. When children can be clinically stable in a homelike setting, they thrive — and so do their families.

A Home Through Every Stage — Including What Comes Next.

We serve children from ages 3 to 21. When a young adult ages out at 22, we do not just wave goodbye. We help guide a thoughtful, supported transition into our adult care home — with continuity, compassion, and a clear plan forward so no one starts over from scratch.

Nursing and Therapy That Adapts to Your Child.

Our nursing and therapeutic services are built around each resident’s unique needs — not a one-size routine. We collaborate closely with families and external care teams to ensure your child receives consistent, attentive support throughout every part of their day.

Care Plans Designed Around the Whole Child.

Every child in our home follows a customized care plan built around their specific health needs, routines, and goals. This individualized approach supports not just medical stability, but real progress, genuine comfort, and overall well-being.

Family-Centered From Day One.

Our family-centered care model treats parents and guardians as essential partners — not visitors. We provide skilled nursing education, keep families informed and involved, and work alongside them to support and strengthen home life, not replace it.
