Agape’s Way provides medically supervised residential and home health care for children and adults in Central Florida, including care inside Kinbridge Living residential homes. Care Options Available
Our pediatric group home services support medically complex children who need skilled care in a safe, nurturing, home-like environment. Children may need support with respiratory care, feeding tubes, medication administration, mobility, monitoring, or other complex care needs.
Our adult group home services support adults with complex medical needs who require more care than traditional home care can provide. This may include adults transitioning from hospitals, acute care settings, or other care environments.
Agape’s Way Healthcare Services also provides skilled home health services for children and adults where they live. Services may include skilled nursing, therapy services, medically complex care, and pediatric specialty care.
What Happens After You Submit a Referral?
Once the form is submitted, our caring team will promptly review the information and follow up with the appropriate next steps.
Our referral process may include:
- A clinical review to better understand the person’s needs
- A conversation with the referring professional, family, or care team
- Guidance on the most appropriate service option
- Information about residential group home care or home health services
- Support with payment options, insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or APD Waiver funding
- Next steps for admission, placement, home health services, or a virtual tour
